His home, nestled in the eco-village of Alunara, was built from organic light materials — living walls humming with regenerative energy.
As he stretched, he whispered a short gratitude mantra to Gaia and the stars, placing his hands over his heart and belly — a practice his parents taught him to anchor inner peace and align with his soul.
